Do you have a pet peeve in the kitchen? Mine is when you have a recipe that uses just part of a can of something, and then you’re left with the rest of it to figure out what the heck to do with it. Case in point – leftover cranberries and brown bananas.
I was able to fix that issue by making pumpkin cranberry bread, but then I was left with just over half a can of pumpkin! Two steps forward, one step back. So what’s a chef to do? Find a way to use up the leftover canned pumpkin.
