Happy Thanksgiving to everyone here in the US that are celebrating. The Kid and I are looking forward to our traditions of putting up the tree, decorating a gingerbread house, seeing a movie, getting a latte at Starbucks, and eating Thanksgiving dinner together. This year we are building a gingerbread village and not just a house. Oooh, living on the edge here. Be jealous. 😉
I’m lucky every few years that my birthday also falls on Thanksgiving. This is one of those years so I get the combined celebration of festivities. This year I decided to create a list of things to do before my next birthday. I love lists and had a lot of fun creating this one. I’ve got a combination of easy things, harder things, specific things, and more vague things.
So without further ado… drum roll… here is the list of 43 Things To Do Before I Turn 44:
- Do a single pull up or chin up
- Do 5 pull ups or chin ups

Yes, that’s a really long list but it makes me smile every time I read it and think of the year ahead of me. Have you ever created a list of things to do before your next birthday?
Enjoy your day and take the time to hug your families and tell them how much you love them.
Awesome list – good luck checking all of it off!!
Happy birthday – hope it was a great day!!
Thanks for the birthday wishes! It was a great day. I loved putting the list together and highly recommend doing one. I like it in addition to the usual bucket list since it has a shorter timeframe and some easier things to look foward to. 😉
