She came to me wanting a training and nutrition program to get ready for an upcoming family wedding and wanted to look her best, improve her eating while still enjoying events, and learn more about using the gym.
Patrice has a social life to envy and spent many weekends attending local festivals, pre-wedding get togethers, and traveling. She carefully planned meals during the week and loosely tracked her eating on the weekends while still enjoying herself. She didn’t miss a workout and saw great improvements in the gym. Hard work and effort pays off with great results!
1. What’s one thing that you’d like me to start doing?
You’ve met my expectations above and beyond. The quick responses are very much appreciated, making a client feel that they are important to you and sharing in the milestones even if they are small. 🙂
2. What’s one thing that you’d like me to stop doing?
Nothing!
3. What’s one thing that you’d like me to keep doing?
To continue the positive reinforcement of successes along with understanding that life does get in the way sometimes.
4. Can you describe any reservations that you had before we started working together?
Fear of my ability to stay with a program and plan for an extended period of time to aim towards my goal.
5. Can you explain how I was able to help you with your reservations?
Through encouragement and humor Adrianne was able to keep me motivated and on task towards my goals. Fitness suggestions, meal/snack ideas and all around support is something I really appreciated and used.

As a ‘virtual trainer’ Adrianne has been wonderful to work with. I feel like I know her even if I have never met her in person. The program she set up for me gives me flexibility and control of my nutrition and helps me build physically with very do able weight and exercise routines. Having her there for support and accountability have been huge! Thank you!!
