How was your week? Mine was awesome! I don’t always say that. Most weeks are really good, but awesome doesn’t happen every week. I got a lot of studying in during the evenings and am well on my way towards my final exam.
I’ve been working hard on my goal planning and having a lot of conversations with myself about how best to reach them. In case you missed anything, and there was some good stuff, here’s what happened:
- I wound down the April task on the Even Happier Quest by living in the moment.
- I changed things up in my workouts by using barbells, dumbbells, and cables.
- I admitted my most hated exercise. Do you have one?
- I created a goal sheet to help me define my goals and what I need to do to reach them.
- I followed up with a goal barrier sheet to get rid of the excuses made when working on a goal.
- I found an interesting meat substitute that tastes good and isn’t wimpy like tofu.
